1. Research-Use-Only Acknowledgement

All products sold by Domestic Research Materials ("DRM", "we", "us") are reference standards intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application, or any in-vivo use. By placing an order, you represent that you are a qualified researcher purchasing on behalf of a research institution or for personal in-vitro research, and that you will handle all materials in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency. Quoted crypto amounts include a small market-volatility buffer and are valid for 30 minutes from order creation. Crypto transactions are non-reversible. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network to the displayed address. Funds sent on the wrong network or below the quoted amount cannot be recovered or refunded.

4. No Medical Claims

Nothing on this site has been evaluated by the FDA. No statement on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions reference published scientific literature for educational purposes only.

5. Compliance

You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the receipt, possession, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction. Diversion for human use is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRM's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for misuse, off-label use, or any in-vivo use of our products.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
