Shipping & Refunds

Shipping

• Domestic only: we ship within the United States only.
• Flat rate $25 per order, with free shipping on orders over $200.
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days after blockchain confirmation of payment (typically 10–30 minutes after you submit your TXID).
• Carrier transit time is typically 2–4 business days via USPS Priority. A tracking number is emailed once the label is created.
• Cold-chain items ship Mon–Wed only to avoid weekend transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the shipping date with photos and your order number. We will reship at our cost.

Refunds & Replacements

• Before shipping: if you contact us before your order ships, we'll cancel and refund (in the same crypto, at the spot rate at refund time).
• After shipping: because these are research materials, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed product.
• Defective product: if a vial arrives broken, contaminated, or fails purity expectations, we will replace it at no charge after photo verification.
• Wrong address: packages returned due to an incorrect address you provided are subject to a re-shipping fee.

Crypto Refunds

Crypto payments are non-reversible on-chain. When we issue a refund, it is sent in the same coin to a wallet address you provide, valued in USD at the spot rate at the time of refund. Network fees are deducted from the refund amount.
